Zusammenfassung

Sika is seeking a Supply Analyst in Navi Mumbai to analyze data, optimize supply chain operations, and drive projects with procurement, logistics and IT teams. You will own OTIF improvements and collaborate across departments to raise efficiency and reliability in supplier performance.

The role requires 6–8 years in supply planning or inventory management, with strong ERP (SAP/Oracle), Excel, and Power BI skills. A BE in SCM/Operations is preferred, with lean experience considered an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• BE or bachelor's degree in Supply chain management or Operations Management.
• 6–8 years of experience in supply planning / inventory management, preferably in construction chemical industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, Power BI and data analysis tools.
• Advantage: experience in lean setup.

Title : Supply Analyst

Department: Operations – Supply Chain

Reports To : Senior Manager Supply & Material Planning

• Collect data on supply chain operations & analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
• Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors, establish a supplier reliability matrix.
• Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards.
• Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
• Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery.
• Complete ownership of OTIF – improvement by identifying gap in supply planning operations to improve efficiency.
• Analyze current data and drive improvisation projects to reduce STO .

• Demonstrated broad understanding of purchase and supply chain processes

Qualifications

• Education:BE + bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management or Operations Management.
• Experience: 6 to 8 Year, Previous experience in supply planning / inventory management in construction chemical industry.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency inERPsystems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel , Power BI and data analysis tools.
• Advantage: Worked in lean set up.
