Job Responsibilities
  • Use multi‑media channels (outbound & inbound calls, email, digital presentations, WhatsApp, etc.) to acquire new market participants and grow supplier relationships.
  • Prospect and identify key financial decision makers when needed, even though cold calling is not expected.
  • Manage, cultivate, and grow a book of business consistent with buyer objectives.
  • Increase frequency and quality of market participation.
  • Provide consultative sales support, helping suppliers identify the best working capital solution.
  • All accounts are provided to the SRM team, generally with warm leads.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Prior experience in financial sales is desirable, but a high degree of general sales acumen is required.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • B2B sales experience.
  • Highly motivated with excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Capacity to adapt quickly within a dynamic sales program.
  • Strong selling, negotiating, and consulting skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Post‑graduation in Finance, Sales, or Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales of financial products.
  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
