Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced supplier quality leader in Maharashtra, India, to drive development plans and standardize processes across suppliers. The role emphasizes capability-gap analyses, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in quality/production improvement, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, and familiarity with ISO 9001 or VDA 6.3 standards, with a strong engineering/operations background.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• 10+ years of experience in supplier quality, development, or manufacturing improvement roles.
• 15 years overall experience.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
• Familiarity with standards like ISO 9001 or VDA 6.3 is a strong asset.
