The ideal candidate has aBachelor's degree, at least 3 years of professional experience in quality engineering or supplier quality, and the ability to lead root-cause investigations and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or local equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience.
• Experience in supplier quality data analysis and corrective action implementations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises analysis of supplier quality data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Develops and implements corrective actions for supplier quality issues.
• Leads root cause investigations for supplier defects.
• Trains and mentors junior quality engineers and supplier staff on quality standards.
