Job summary

Citco is seeking an experienced accounting professional for its Fund Accounting - Real Estate team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing vendor creation, processing invoices, and performing reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting for complex funds.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in financial services accounting, IFRS/US GAAP awareness, proficiency in English, and supervisory capability. You will work with Yardi and Excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business related area (or studying).
• Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in accounting for financial services (Real Estate, Asset Management or Fund Administration).
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP is an added advantage
• Knowledge of SPV Accounting is must
• Experience reviewing and preparing general ledger and financial statements
• IFRS-related consolidation knowledge is an added advantage
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Motivated, diligent, deadline-driven, and a team player
• Supervisory experience leading staff for 2 years

Responsibilities

• Managing Vendor Creation and Payment Initiations for Patrizia Eu Funds and Business Partner invoices
• Accurate invoice coding and processing via Payscan and Business Partner platform
• Timely cash/bank reconciliations and AP reports
• Liaising with stakeholders over mailbox monitoring

Your Role:

• Managing Vendor Creation and Payment Initiations for Patrizia Eu Funds and Business Partner invoices


• Accurate invoice coding and processing via Payscan and Business Partner platform


• Timely execution of cash/bank reconciliations and AP reports


• Liaising with stakeholder queries over Mailbox Monitoring

About You:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification (ie. CA, CPA equivalent)


• Minimum of 6– 8 years’ experience in accounting for the financial services sector, particularly Real Estate, Asset Management or Fund Administration.


• Knowledge of IFRS and / or US GAAP is an added advantage


• Knowledge of SPV Accounting is must


• Experienced in reviewing and preparing general ledger and financial statements.


• Established knowledge in relation to accounting and consolidations under IFRS is an added advantage


• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).


• Motivated, bright and diligent individual who is driven to meet deadlines.


• A team player who is able to manage individual responsibilities.


• Supervisory skills with experience in managing and/or leading staff for 2 years.


• Strong business acumen.


• Good client/ business relationship management


• Sound judgment, problem solving and analytical skills.


• Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).


• User experience with Yardi accounting system(s) is preferable
