Functional Consultant role specializing in SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) with a requirement for 5-7 years of experience and certification in the relevant technology.

• Role and Experience Requirements: The position requires one Functional Consultant with 5-6 years of experience in SuccessFactors, ideally with at least five end-to-end implementations in LMS and certification in SuccessFactors LMS. The location is India.

• Must-Have Technical Skills: Candidates must have hands-on experience with LMS reporting tools like BIRT/PRD, integration with BizX, HRIS Sync, Icontent, Proxy Configuration, Connectors, and various LMS tools. Experience with third-party LMS content providers, translating business rules into technical requirements, integration with CDP, and knowledge of Validate LMS is also mandatory.

• Responsibilities: The role involves configuring the application to meet customer needs, understanding employee life cycle management, designing and supporting complex business processes in SAP SuccessFactors, keeping updated with bi-annual upgrades, and working independently with a results-oriented approach.
