Job summary

Wipro Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to guide a group of associates on LIDAR data projects. The role focuses on directing daily operations, monitoring service levels, ensuring quality and productivity, and providing timely performance feedback.

You will develop SOPs, audit LIDAR datasets, train and mentor staff, and collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders to meet quality expectations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• LIDAR labeling experience is must.
• Proven ability to understand, interpret, and prepare SOPs and policy guidelines.
• Hands-on experience auditing LIDAR datasets.
• Provide direction, guidance, and development support to a team of associates.
• Oversee operational floor management by monitoring service levels, making informed decisions, and ensuring daily control of quality and productivity.
• Deliver performance feedback to associates as needed and conduct weekly individual and team reviews.
• Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, and client stakeholders to align on quality expectations.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and lead both corrective and preventive action plans.
