We are hiring a Stylized 3D Character Artists to sculpt, model, and texture standout characters for our digital video animations and immersive VR game titles.

What You'll Do

• Sculpt high-impact characters: Transform 2D concept art and loose design briefs into fully realized, high-readability 3D character models.
• Optimize meshes for animation: Build character models with clean, efficient topology and smart UV layouts so our animation team can rig them flawlessly.
• Deliver toy-ready models: Generate tight, watertight, and clean digital assets that can be handed off directly to external toy manufacturing pipelines with zero geometric remodeling.
• Own the visual style: Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, push visual standards, and maintain strict asset consistency across digital and physical mediums.
• Execute on rapid timelines: Move fast, adapt cleanly, and deliver benchmark-setting assets within a fast-paced, content-driven pipeline.

Who You Are

• Stylized asset expert: Professional-level proficiency in Blender or ZBrush for 3D character sculpting, modeling, and texturing. You specialize in bold silhouettes, clean surfaces, and high visual readability rather than hyper-realism.
• Airtight technical modeler: You understand clean edge flow, UV mapping budgets, and technical mesh integrity. You don't hand off messy files that glitch or stretch during animation or manufacturing handoffs.
• Portfolio that speaks for itself: Show us stylized character models, wireframes, and texture maps that demonstrate true creative excellence. We want to see work that makes us want to buy the toy.
• You deeply care about the craft: Every polygon matters to you. You're the person who manually tweaks a vertex loop or adjusts a hand-painted texture map at 2 AM because it didn't feel right—not because someone asked you to.
• Comfortable with accountability: You have a verifiable history of success and are entirely comfortable coordinating reference checks directly with your former creative directors or managers as a routine part of our screening process.
