As a Project Engineer in our Structural Practice, you’ll take on a key technical and coordination role, owning complex design challenges, guiding junior engineers, and shaping the delivery of innovative structural solutions. What You’ll Do

• Lead and refine structural analysis, design, and detailing tasks, adapting technical skills and solving project challenges with strong engineering judgment.
• Drive the quality of deliverables by organizing information clearly, reviewing junior staff’s work, and tailoring outputs to project scope and contractor needs.
• Coordinate proactively with architects and engineers, taking increased responsibility for day-to-day technical decisions.
• Support and mentor junior team members through effective delegation and feedback, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Grow your leadership skills by assisting with project management activities, contributing to proposals, and engaging in client-facing opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. Master’s degree in structural engineering is preferred.
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience with proficiency in tools like SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint Software, and Revit, and experience designing steel, concrete, and timber systems.
• Solve complex problems with confidence, balancing priorities, and adapting designs effectively.
• Strong communication and emerging leadership, with a commitment to mentoring junior staff and building your professional presence.
