A leading engineering firm in Hyderabad is seeking a Middle Level Structural Design Engineer specializing in building projects. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering along with 8-10 years of experience in the analysis and design of RC and Steel buildings. Responsibilities include preparing design documents, conducting site visits, and mentoring junior engineers. The role provides opportunities to work on diverse projects, contributing to the development of critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in analysis and design of RC and Steel buildings.
• Able to work independently as per project requirements.
• Familiarity with manhour estimates & tender engineering.
• Knowledge of inter-disciplinary coordination.
• Responsible for preparation of Design Basis Reports, Specifications, Detailed Design Reports and generation of structural drawings via draftsman.
• Familiar with manhour estimates and tender engineering.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and a strong background in design of various types of building projects.Candidate shall* + Have 8-10 years of experience in analysis and design of RC and Steel buildings + Be proficient in design software like STAAD, Etabs, Safe, Sap and well versed with Indian/ACI/ other equivalent standards. + Be able to work independently as per project requirements. + Have knowledge of inter-disciplinary coordination. + Be responsible for preparation of Design Basis Reports, Specifications, Detailed Design Reports and generation of structural drawings through draftsman. + Have familiarity with manhour estimates & tender engineering also. + Attend site visits or meetings (technical, review & coordination) at the client’s location whenever required.
