Currently, we are bidding for road projects across India. The position of Structural Engineer is the key role in these BIDs.

Responsibilities

• Review technical designs for climate‑resilient infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, retaining walls, and associated structures.
• Coordinate with the CSC to review detailed engineering designs and drawings submitted by EPC contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and performance specifications.
• Ensure that all designs adequately address client‑specific challenges such as high seismicity, landslide susceptibility, slope stability issues, and heavy rainfall impacts, and conform to applicable Indian Standards (IS Codes) and relevant international best practices.
• Promote green construction practices and facilitate the integration of nature‑based solutions to enhance sustainability and resilience.
• Support the design and review of logistics and agri‑logistics infrastructure.
• Ensure structural safety, durability, and adaptability to local terrain and climatic conditions.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering with a postgraduate degree in Structural Engineering or a related field from a recognized institute.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in structural design for roads, highways and bridges, with proven experience in green and climate‑resilient infrastructure design.
• Experience in hill roads / highway projects.
