Job summary

FitEduCoach in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced EMS Coach to lead personalized EMS training sessions in our premium studio. You will assess clients, design EMS-based programs, and ensure safe, effective sessions that deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of anatomy, movement mechanics, and exercise science, excellent communication, and a client-oriented mindset for high-touch experiences. 4+ years in physical training or personal training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness coaching, personal training, EMS training, or strength and conditioning.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement mechanics, and exercise science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, presentable, and client-oriented.
• Ability to work with high-touch clients.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in physical training: personal training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one EMS training sessions in a safe, professional, and engaging manner.
• Assess clients’ fitness levels, goals, posture, mobility, and movement patterns.
• Design and adapt EMS-based training programs to suit individual needs.
• Provide coaching on strength training, functional movement, posture, and recovery.
• Ensure correct use of EMS equipment and adherence to studio safety protocols.
• Track client progress and maintain detailed session records.
• Build strong client relationships and support retention through exceptional service.
• Maintain hygiene, equipment standards, and studio presentation.
• Collaborate with the studio team to deliver a seamless member experience.

Your Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, experienced, and client-focused EMS Coach to lead personalized EMS training sessions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fitness fundamentals, strength training, movement quality, and client engagement, with the ability to deliver a premium studio experience. Based in Bangalore, and now expanding across Bangalore.
