Tech Data in Chennai seeks an experienced QA Automation Lead with 8+ years in software quality assurance and test automation. You will design and drive automation strategies, manage a small QA team, and expand coverage across enterprise applications including SAP integrations, using Selenium-based frameworks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the automation testing strategy, managing a small QA team, and driving the expansion of automation coverage across enterprise applications. This role requires a strong blend of **technical leadership, hands-on automation expertise, people management, and functional business understanding**. The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise platforms, including **SAP**, and be proficient with tools such as **qTest** and **Azure DevOps**.
