Job summary

The Mandate Lab is seeking a Strategy Consultant to work across campaign planning and field operations in Mumbai/Pune, with travel required. You will prepare detailed campaign plans, track progress, and lead field teams to execute campaigns on the ground.

Responsibilities include campaign design, implementation, field visits, budget tracking, regular progress reporting, and coordinating with local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduates or postgraduates in social sciences, an MBA, engineering or a related field.
• 0–5 years of experience. Freshers may apply.
• Experience in political consulting is an advantage but not required.
• Candidates from consulting, operations, startups, research, policy or the social sector are welcome.
• Strong analytical skills
• Willingness to travel and work in the field
• Marathi proficiency and familiarity with Maharashtra preferred

The work is measured by the results achieved in the field, not only by the plans produced.
