This role redefines traditional sales support into a strategic, insight-driven function. As a Sales Support Assistant, you will work closely with the Market VP and leadership team to decode market trends, leverage AI for analysis, and support strategic decision-making. You will go beyond coordination and reporting to become a forward-looking business enabler, translating market signals into actionable insights and business direction.

Strategic Sales Support to Leadership

• Support the Market VP in business reviews, planning, and strategic initiatives
• Prepare insight-driven briefs and analysis for decision-making
• Act as a bridge between data, market insights, and execution

Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis

• Track and decode industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior shifts
• Identify leading indicators and emerging opportunities

AI-Enabled Analysis & Insight Generation

• Use AI tools and analytics platforms to analyze data, identify patterns, and generate insights
• Translate outputs into clear business implications

Sales Insights & Performance Support

• Support tracking of pipeline health, revenue performance, and conversion trends
• Identify gaps and suggest improvement actions

Presentation & Business Storytelling

• Create high-quality presentations for QBRs, strategy discussions, and leadership reviews
• Convert complex data into simple, compelling narratives

Supporting Business Strategy & GTM Initiatives

• Assist in defining focus segments, growth opportunities, and market priorities
• Support execution of go-to-market strategies

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams
• Ensure alignment between insights, strategy, and execution

Hybrid working

We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office, with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection.
