• Under graduate with 7 years store manager experience required.
• Graduate with 4 years store manager experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the store to ensure efficient use of resources and high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee sales team performance and provide guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.
• Conduct inventory management tasks including ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met by implementing effective displays and promotions.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
