Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Mysore, India is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales against monthly targets.

You will manage floor execution of the sales strategy, plan rosters for sales executives, arrange promotional materials and in-store displays, ensure SOP adherence, and deliver high customer satisfaction while maintaining merchandising and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 4 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Store day-to-day operations.
• Plan day to day task & rooster for salesexecutives
• On the floor execution of sales strategy from theorganization
• Develop and arrange promotional material andin-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at storetiming
• Maintaining accurate records
• Completion of monthly staff evaluation.
• Completion of all KPIs as defined by theorganization.
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume
• Store cleanliness and merchandising .
