Job summary

Saarthi is seeking a store operations associate to drive daily targets and manage day-to-day store activities. You will plan tasks for the sales team, execute sales strategies on the floor, and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays.

You will ensure SOP adherence, stock management, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The role includes handling cash deposits, stock audits, and daily reporting while maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Store day-to-day operations.
• Plan day to day task & rooster for sales executives
• On the floor execution of sales strategy from the organization
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store
• Stock Management
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching) o Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP. o Demonstrating and presenting products o Support the customer to identify the right perfume
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Cash deposit to bank or to the Payment collection
• Stock Audits
• Monitoring billings and sales on regular basis
• DSR and daily checklists.
• Monitoring staff performance.
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and estescalating to Cx dept if required.
