Job summary

Based in Hyderabad, the role focuses on achieving monthly and quarterly targets, growing the customer base, managing shifts, inventory, and reporting on key metrics to support Purplle's omnichannel beauty platform.

• Ensure proper merchandising, planogram compliance and store presentation.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety and SOPs.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, team performance and other key metrics.
