Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
  • Handle walk‑in customers including end clients, architects, and interior designers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless buying experience.
  • Maintain accurate client interactions and updates on CRM systems.
  • Develop strong relationships with HNI customers and key decision‑makers.
  • Coordinate effectively with the Business Development and Sales Support teams.
  • Present product offerings and features with strong product knowledge.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product options.
  • Support sales strategies that align with organizational goals and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Post-Graduate degree or MBA preferred.
  • 8-12 years of sales experience, preferably in marble, building materials, real estate, or luxury segments.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to engage effectively with HNI clients and premium customer segments.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
