Qualifications

• Strong understanding of jewellery categories, purity, weights, and stone classification.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / ERP / stock management systems.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and discipline in record-keeping.
• Ability to work under secure, time-bound, and process-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily stock segregation of jewellery.
• Verify SKU, hallmarking details, weight, and specifications.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Perform daily stock segregation of Gold, Diamond, and CZ jewellery as per category, purity, size, weight, and design type.
• Verify SKU, hallmarking details, weight, tags, and product specifications before segregation.
• Ensure accurate sorting of loose diamonds, gemstones, solitaires, and finished jewellery pieces.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control, Tagging, and Inventory teams for smooth stock movement.
• Maintain error-free stock records, segregation sheets, and movement logs in the system/ERP.
• Ensure proper storage arrangement tray-wise, category-wise, purity-wise, and department-wise.
• Assist in stock audits, counting, and reconciliation on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Identify mismatched items, damaged products, wrong tags, and update for correction.
• Follow strict security, handling, and compliance protocols while dealing with high-value jewellery.
• Support the merchandising team in stock preparation for billing, display, and inter-branch transfer.
