Job summary

APPTAD, Inc. in Pune seeks an experienced STIBO STEP Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on MDM, PIM, and STEP development.

You will implement, develop, and support STEP projects, configuring workflows and business rules, and integrating LOVs and attribute groups. The role collaborates with STIBO architects and business stakeholders, supports UAT, defect resolution, and production issues, and contributes to data management processes across Product Information, Customer, Supplier, and Vendor

Qualifications

• HHands-on experience in STIBO STEP development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in STEP JavaScript development.
• Experience with MDM and PIM concepts and data management processes.
• Understanding of STEP workflows, business rules, LOVs, attribute groups, and integrations.
• Experience collaborating with STIBO architects and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work on STIBO STEP implementation, development, and support projects.
• Develop and maintain STEP JavaScript functional scripts based on business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with STIBO architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and configure STEP integrations, workflows, business rules, LOVs, attribute groups.
• Support MDM initiatives across PIM, Customer, Supplier, and Vendor domains.
• Identify test data requirements and support functional testing and defect resolution.
• Support UAT users during test execution and assist with issue resolution.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements.
• Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and production issues.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have strong STEP JavaScript development skills, experience configuring workflows and business rules, and exposure to PIM, Customer, Supplier, and Vendor data domains.
