Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka is seeking a Steward for its Food & Beverage service team. You will support daily operations, help deliver exceptional guest experiences, and work with a close-knit team to uphold the highest service standards.

Experience in F&B is a plus, but a can-do attitude, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality will help you succeed in this role. Join us to contribute to a dynamic hotel environment and grow within a global hospitality brand.

We are currently seeking a Steward - Food & Berverage Serviceto join our vibrant team. At Radisson Hotel Group we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Your pivotal role: anticipate and meet guests' needs, support the department and bring your A-game every day to ensure our guests experience the best.

• Supports the smooth running of the department, where all aspects of the guestexperience are delivered to the highest levels.
• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.
• Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage service beneficial but not essential.
