Willware Technologies is seeking an experienced Sterling OMS Developer to design, develop, customize, and implement end-to-end Sterling OMS solutions for PAN India operations. The role demands hands-on development across OMS modules and cloud-enabled enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Sterling OMS experience, strong Angular skills, and familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Java/J2EE, XML/XSLT, and SQL, with a collaborative, Agile mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions using IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS).
• Develop and enhance key Sterling OMS modules, including:
  • Payment
  • Invoicing
  • Inventory Management
  • Order Management
• Customize Sterling Store and Call Center applications using Angular.
• Work on NextGen Sterling OMS Cloud implementations and enhancements.
• Develop custom services, APIs, user exits, agents, and pipelines within Sterling OMS.
• Configure and customize business processes, workflows, and integrations based on business requirements.
• Integrate Sterling OMS with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience in IBM Sterling OMS Development (development experience is mandatory; support experience alone is not sufficient).
• Strong expertise in the design and development of Sterling OMS modules such as Payment, Invoicing, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Hands‑on experience in customizing Sterling Store and Call Center applications.
• Strong experience with Angular development.
• Experience working with NextGen Sterling OMS on Cloud.
• Good understanding of Sterling OMS architecture, APIs, user exits, pipelines, services, and agents.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP Web Services, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
