responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions for school students in STEM, Robotics, Electronics, Aeromodelling, Coding, and more
- Deliver lessons with a strong focus on experiential learning and real-world applications
- Design and develop innovative grade-wise curriculum content, DIY projects, and activity modules
- Prepare and evaluate student assessments to measure learning outcomes effectively
- Maintain discipline, attentiveness, and energy in classroom settings
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and curiosity-driven learning environment
requirements
- B TECH/M TECH in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related fields
- Prior experience as a STEM / Robotics / Electronics / Coding Trainer is preferred
preferred_qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Arduino, Raspberry Pi, C Programming, Python, Embedded Systems, etc Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computers, internet, email, and tools such as MS Office
- Must be attentive, adaptable, and possess a solution-oriented mindset
- Should have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for mentoring students
- Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision
