Job summary

Clarivate in Tamil Nadu, India seeks a STEM Content Analyst for the Biosis team to select, analyse, interpret, and summarize scientific research across life sciences. You will curate biology-related data from research articles in line with editorial policies.

The role requires a postgraduate in Life Sciences and at least 3 years’ content analysis experience, plus strong research, analytical skills, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be a postgraduate in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular biology, or any related Life Sciences field.
• 3+ years’ experience of content analysis in a science-related field.
• Good scientific research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• General computer proficiency (MS Office) and ability to quickly learn new software tools

• Apply biotechnology, microbiology, pharmacology, molecular biology concepts to curate biology-related data from research articles in line with editorial policies
• Achieve weekly production volumes and consistently meet quality targets.
• Adheres to editorial publishing schedules and quality standards.
• Maintains and develops scientific knowledge and skills training as required to complete work and stay current on scientific trends and developments related to the employee’s editorial responsibilities

We are looking for a STEM Content Analyst in the Biosis team you will select, analyse, interpret, and summarize scientific research in support of the relevant specialty collections on Web of Science. You should have comprehensive knowledge in a life sciences subject such as biochemistry, microbiology, biotechnology, pharmacology or genetics. Your role will require you to be target-driven and to meet defined quality standards.

About You

• Must be a postgraduate in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular biology, or any related Life Sciences field.
• 3+ years’ experience of content analysis in a science-related field.
• Good scientific research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• General computer proficiency (MS Office) and ability to quickly learn new software tools

It would be great if you had

• 2+ years of experience in editorial publishing schedules and quality standards
