Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain statutory compliance knowledge across state and central acts.
  • Conduct and close Vendor Audits end-to-end; perform self-audits for processes.
  • Maintain statutory records under different Acts monthly PAN India.
  • Ensure registrations, amendments, and filing of returns/documents with regulatory authorities.

Role & responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Must have operational knowledge of all laws applicable as a part of Statutory Compliances (under State and Central Acts). Extensive understanding of Labor Law Compliance, policies, procedures and practices. In-depth knowledge of all Labour/Employment, Contractor/ Vendor Management and commercial/corporate laws.
  • Must Have experience on conducting and closing Vendor Audit (End to End) and Performance of regular self-audits on the processes to ensure all compliance requirements are maintained. Highly skilled in managing End to End requirement of different types of Employment.
  • Must have experience in maintenance of statutory records under different Acts as applicable at PAN India level on monthly basis.
  • Ensure completion of all registration/ amendments and filing of all returns/ documents under different Acts with the various regulatory authorities
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications

LLB or Equivalent Degree in Labour matters & compliance / MBA HR with experience in handling Statutory compliance / Employment laws, vendor audit etc (HR, Legal, Finance) role or business process for more than 2-4 years in HR Compliance Firm (in operations).

Required
  • 2-4 years of professional experience with 1.5 year operational experience in Labour Law Compliance, Audit / client management role in renowned legal/HR Compliance Firm or Business house.
  • Experience working independently on multiple assignments or engagements
  • Experienced to deal with requirements which are sudden, flexibility to quickly turn around things and help create a controlled environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
Preferred
  • LLB with experience in Labour Laws and Compliance at PAN India level.
  • Experience in working on Compliance tool and other cloud based applications or other applications in HR/Talent
  • Experience working in HRSS department of a multinational company
  • Relevant experience in business process reengineering, work body transitions, and quality controls
