Job summary

OneAdvanced Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years post-qualification and Big Four exposure to join the Statutory Accounting team as a Statutory Accountant. You will support IFRS group reporting and UK statutory financial statements for UK subsidiaries.

You will collaborate with UK finance, tax, treasury and legal teams, coordinate audits, and drive improvements in reporting processes within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Must have IFRS and FRS 102 technical knowledge.
• Experience preparing statutory financial statements and UK reporting.
• Experience with external auditors and UK Companies Act reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Job description

Role Introduction

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) based in our Bangalore office in India with mandatory Big Four (PwC, Deloitte, EY or KPMG) experience (minimum 5 years post qualified) to join our Statutory Accounting team as a Statutory Accountant. The role will be responsible for supporting the preparation and delivery of IFRS group reporting and UK statutory financial statements for multiple UK subsidiaries within a complex multinational group structure.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include supporting the preparation of annual IFRS Group Accounts and supporting the preparation of statutory accounts under IFRS and FRS 102 where applicable, ensuring compliance with UK Companies Act reporting requirements, managing relationships with external auditors, coordinating year-end and interim audits, supporting the preparation of technical accounting papers. The successful candidate will work closely with UK finance, tax, treasury and legal teams, providing technical accounting support and driving continuous improvement in reporting processes.

What You Will Have

Candidates should have strong IFRS and FRS 102 technical knowledge, experience preparing statutory financial statements, excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced multinational environment. Experience with UK statutory reporting, external audit, group reporting, ERP systems such as NetSuite and exposure to Caseware Accounts Production software would be highly advantageous.
