  • Proven experience in channel sales, team management, and strong understanding of the equity markets.
  • Graduate with 8+ years of experience in channel sales or partner development within the stockbroking or financial services industry.
  • Deep knowledge of equity and F&O markets, trading platforms, channel sales, and the regulatory landscape.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a team leadership role.
You will be mining through these tasks
  • Identify and onboard high-potential Business Partners for the Crypto Derivatives business.
  • Implement partner engagement strategies to build strong, long‑term relationships.
  • Conduct timely training sessions and product briefings for channel partners on the crypto sector and CoinDCX platforms.
  • Keep partners updated on new offerings, margin policies, and market opportunities.
  • Track partner performance, client activation, and brokerage revenue contributions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and KYC norms across all channel partners.
  • Collaborate with operations, risk, and compliance teams to resolve partner issues promptly.
  • Monitor competitor activities and emerging market trends to refine and adapt strategies.
