Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 6 years in banking, insurance, or telecom.
• Ability to manage a team of 8 or more individuals.
• Willingness to travel within the state and occasionally outside city.

Responsibilities

• Handle and grow the SIP business in Andhra Pradesh.
• Appoint new franchisees and retain existing students.
• Manage marketing tie-ups with schools and collect fees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preferably candidates from Banking, insurance or Telecom Should have handled a team of 8+ people
• Experience in franchise or dealer appointment.
• Total of 10 to 12 years experience, of which minimum 6 years relevant in the domains specified above.
• Handling and growing the SIP business in Andhra Pradesh by improving the Profitability of the state;
• Appoint New Franchisees
• Get New Admissions for all Franchisees, Retaining of existing Students
• Collection of Royalty and Kit amount along with other Marketing and Franchisee fees;
• Training of Cis; Events handling.
• Marketing Tie up with around 50 schools
• No of franchisees to be handled Currently 23 centers
• Age below 40 years, applications invited from MALE APPLICANTS ONLY

The ideal candidate should have a very good communication skill and extensive knowledge of the AP market. The candidate should be willing to travel within the state & 10 to 12 days outside city.
