Role & Responsibilities

The State Head will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion for the Consumer Finance and Consumer Durable (CD) vertical within the assigned state. The role requires strategic leadership to build and manage large teams, develop channel networks, and ensure achievement of business targets through effective planning, execution, and relationship management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Business Development & Expansion
    • Drive business growth for Consumer Finance and Consumer Durable loans across the state.
    • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and channel partners to expand presence.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business volume and profitability targets.
  • Team Leadership & People Management
    • Lead, motivate, and manage a large and geographically spread team of sales, credit, and operations professionals.
    • Ensure continuous capability building, performance monitoring, and retention of key talent.
    • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer centricity.
  • Channel & Partner Management
    • Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
    • Monitor partner performance and ensure consistent business contribution.
    • Drive engagement programs to enhance partner loyalty and productivity.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to realign business strategies.
    • Provide inputs to the senior management for product enhancements and process improvements.
Key Requirements
  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Consumer Finance / NBFC / Consumer Durable Finance, Fintech, with at least 4 to 6 years in a leadership role handling state-level operations.
