Job summary

The Hartford India is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Full stack) to join our Employee Benefits cloud development team in Hyderabad, India. You will build Java Spring Boot APIs and Angular UI, and leverage AWS cloud services to deliver scalable solutions.

You will work in an Agile environment, document architectures and best practices, explore Generative AI tools, and continuously enhance cloud automation and security practices while delivering high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with cloud and automation solutions.
• Proficient in Java, Angular and SQL.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and API integrations.
• Experience with Generative AI development tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our Employee Benefits cloud development team in Hyderabad, India. The role requires hands-on experience with Java, Angular, AWS cloud services, SQL, DevSecOps and working with Generative AI development tools.
