Job summary

Xapply in India is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Frontend to define how a rapidly evolving product should be built and scaled. You will own frontend architecture, component systems, performance, tooling, and engineering standards, shaping the codebase rather than just delivering features.

You will mentor engineers across India and the US, establish scalable frontend patterns for a large TypeScript and React codebase, and drive excellent product delivery while advancing frontend standards

The role combines deep technical leadership with strong product judgment and close collaboration with designers and engineers.
