The Data and Audience Platform team sits within the Data & Analytics organization in WBD's Global Tech division. We build the data platform behind our streaming services and content businesses – the pipelines, data lakes, and serving infrastructure that turn billions of events into audience insights, personalization, and intelligent products. We’re growing our presence in India and looking for a Staff Engineer to help shape the next generation of our platform where data engineering and applied AI come together.
As a Staff Engineer on the Data and Audience Platform, you’ll set technical direction for the systems that power both our data and our intelligence layers. You’ll work on core data platform projects – building scalable, reliable infrastructure – while also enabling the ML and AI capabilities that run on top of it.
