Job summary

Google is seeking software engineers to develop AI/ML systems and agentic solutions in HR. You will provide technical leadership, design scalable AI-driven HR platforms, and collaborate with Eng Managers, Product Managers and AI strategists to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

We value staying current with trends in Agentic and AIML engineering, and you will help manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, contributing to Google’s next-generation technologies at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 1 year of experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI evaluations, training, or models.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML systems and agentic solutions in an HR domain.
• Provide technical leadership in regards to immediate and complex technical problems to leads of associated teams.
• Influence and design scalable Agentic systems in HR domain.
• Collaborate with AI Garage Leads ( Eng Managers, Product Managers and AI strategist ) and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Agentic and AIML engineering.

• Implementing and customizing structural execution patterns like ReAct (Reason + Act), Tree of Thoughts (ToT), and Plan-and-Solve loops, giving models the cognitive scaffolding to break down vague goals into deterministic DAGs (Directed Acyclic Graphs).
