Role Overview & Position

Staff Software Engineer: Seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic development engineer to contribute towards the development efforts. The responsibilities will be aligned towards design, implementation, and automation activities. Should be an excellent team member with a good attitude towards problem solving, embrace new challenges, quick learner, and good communication skills. Must be flexible to work in and contribute in different SDLC cycles as needed.

Candidates Profile

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Advanced C++/C programming.
• Subject matter expert on one of the widely used operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
• Excellent debugging skills to resolve complex issues.
• Expert in one of the debugging tools.
• Experience with high-performance distributed databases.
• Experience with high-speed message queues.
• Good understanding of build processes.
• Good knowledge of communication protocols and multithreaded concepts.
• Knowledge of scripts (Perl or Python) is an advantage.
• Excellent logical thinking and proactive problem solving.
• Strong command of an operating system/kernel and ability to utilize that experience in work.
• Mentoring ability or resolving complex issues around operating systems.
• Exposure to one of the cloud provider solutions.
• Strong urge to learn new things, innovate, and incorporate them into products.
• Good team player.
• Exceptional knowledge and proven experience with Object Oriented design and development.
• Ability to produce excellent results with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytic skills and quality orientation with customer focus.
