Job summary

Xometry in Bengaluru invites a Staff Product Manager to shape a global platform strategy and drive AI-enabled product initiatives. You will own multi-year roadmaps, influence cross-functional teams, and champion data-driven decisions to deliver measurable impact at scale.

As a founding PM for Xometry’s India PDT, you will establish product practices, foster collaboration across regions, and guide the organization through rapid growth with a strong customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience, with a significant portion in a strategic or principal/director-level role.
• Proven track record of defining, successfully launching, and scaling complex B2B enterprise software, marketplace, or high-scale operational products in high-growth environments.
• AI-native, with hands-on fluency in AI tools and a track record of using them to compress the path from idea to validated, shipped product change.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data, develop clear business cases, and guide critical product decisions.
• Superior leadership, communication, and executive presence, with a demonstrated ability to effectively influence and align a wide range of stakeholders from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year strategic product vision and roadmap for the assigned domain, ensuring alignment with Xometry's overarching business objectives and aggressive growth plans.
• Lead the translation of high-level business goals into actionable product plans, balancing immediate tactical wins with visionary, long-term initiatives.
• Establish AI-driven product development practices and oversee cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Content and other teams.
• Drive execution of complex product initiatives across multiple teams, managing dependencies and lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration.
• Champion a data-driven approach by defining and monitoring KPIs to track success and refine the experience.
• Found and scale Xometry’s India Product Development Center by establishing product practices and building cross-region trust.

Xometry is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Staff Product Manager to define and lead the long-term product vision, strategy, and execution for a key global platform critical to Xometry’s success (e.g., Buyer Experience, Partner Experience, Pricing, Quality, Sourcing, etc.). This role is a product leadership position responsible for maximizing profitable growth and driving digital transformation through customer-centric and AI-driven solutions. You will be instrumental in elevating product development practice, influencing cross-functional leaders, and ensuring our marketplace products deliver measurable business value at scale. Also, as a founding Product Manager for Xometry’s India PDT team, you will help establish product practices, build cross-region trust and collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and execution as the organization scales.

How You’ll Contribute:

AI Driven Product Management

• Drive AI-Enabled Software Development: Champion the adoption of AI across the SDLC, identifying and scaling innovative ways to accelerate product development, improve engineering productivity, and increase software quality across the organization
• Define and own the multi-year strategic product vision and roadmap for the assigned domain, ensuring alignment with Xometry's overarching business objectives and aggressive growth plans
• Lead the translation of high-level business goals into actionable product plans, balancing immediate tactical wins with visionary, long-term initiatives
• Spearhead comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and continuous user feedback loops to ensure product decisions are grounded in deep user understanding and competitive intelligence

Leadership

• Serve as the executive-level product leader and communicator for your domain, influencing and aligning strategy with C-level stakeholders, business unit leaders, and cross-functional partners
• Elevate the product development practice across the organization by establishing and championing best practices for roadmapping, feature rollout strategies, and governance

Execution & Outcomes

• Drive the successful execution of complex product initiatives across multiple teams, managing cross-functional dependencies, and managing the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration
• Champion a rigorous, data-driven approach by defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track success, measure impact, and continuously refine the experience
• Proactively identify and champion AI-driven business opportunities, leveraging machine learning and advanced analytics to enhance product features, automate processes, and drive competitive advantage
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Content, and other teams to deliver scalable solutions, experimentation frameworks, and measurable business outcomes

• Serve as a founding Product Manager for Xometry’s India PDT team, establishing product practices, enabling global trust, and helping build a high-performing organization

What You'll Bring to Xometry:
