This role is on our Learning product within Talent Enterprise, helping professionals build the skills they need to grow and succeed in their careers. You’ll play a critical, founding role shaping large-scale, AI-powered enterprise experiences, bringing your creativity, leadership, and strategic input to develop new UI/UX paradigms. As an early member of our new Bengaluru learning design team, you’ll set the design vision and craft bar for the team, guide and mentor other designers, and own complex, data-rich experiences end-to-end, partnering closely with engineering in-region and design and product partners both locally and in the US.
We’re looking for a designer who leads by connecting the dots between user insights, design patterns, and business goals. You will partner and collaborate closely with user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, and data science.
