We are looking for a System Integration Engineer to join the Non‑Volatile Engineering (NVE) System Integration (Solution) Product Engineering team at Micron Technology India.
Responsibilities
- System triage activities through failure analysis on both NAND Component and System‑level to identify sources of failure, drive issue‑based taskforces to establish solutions & unblock critical system development.
- Innovations in system triage methodology and for cycle‑time improvement.
- NAND Features applications in systems, supporting validation improvements during NAND development and facilitate NAND testing methodology towards meeting system requirements.
- NAND vs. System performance sensitivity evaluations for early catch of issues and left shift with effective and timely validation countermeasures + RCA.
- Hands‑on bench testing at the system, NAND package and at times NAND wafer level testing for comprehensive issue debug.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated and adaptable to a fast paced, dynamic and rapidly changing work environment, with flexibility to work extended hours as required.
- Keen interest in NAND‑system interaction and technical deep‑dives; prior relevant experience will be an added advantage.
- Provide leadership in problem analysis and resolution at network level. Work with groups outside your department to identify and close technical gaps related to new product integration.
- Ability to work with a variety of cultures and with multi‑functional teams.
- Excellent data analysis, problem solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong foundation of mixed‑signal VLSI such as analog circuits and systems, digital logic and RTL design.
- Knowledge of Flash memory architecture and operation is required.
- Knowledge of bench testing equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, Nextest Magnum, etc) is a plus.
- Programming/scripting skills (C/C++, Python, Perl, Verilog) is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines + 2–8 years of experience.
- Course work in VLSI technology, analog/digital circuits, system design a plus.
