Candidates shall fulfill the following qualifications for application to the sot

• Must have completed B.Sc (Nursing) from a recognized university and registered in the AP Nursing council
• Must have studied certificate program for community health (CPCH) as integt\rate certificate program in the B.Sc (N) this is a mandatory requirement and no candidates will be considered in the absence of the same
• Must not have completed 35 years as on date of issue of notification 40 years in case of BC/ SC/ST/ Physically handicapped ad Ex-service

Method of appointment: Appointment is purely on a contract basis for a period of one year and will be renewed based on the performance and availability of funds

Selection Criteria:

• Marks obtained in the B.Sc (N) course are the criteria for selection
• Rules of reservations as per AP State and Subordinate Service Rules and presidential orders governing the local stays are applicable for selection
• The regional director for medical and health services who is appointing authority will conduct the recruitment process as per the guidelines and issue appointment orders to the selected candidates
• A committee with the following officer shall ensure that the recruitment process is completed as per the guidelines and schedule

• candidates shall submit the applications only through the website application will be received physically
• All the applications submitted online will be issued an acknowledgment
• Copy of caste /community certificate in case of SC.ST.BC/EWS (with categorization) issued by the revenue authority viz., Tahsildar/MRO/RDO concerned in the absence of proper caste certificate the candidates will be treated as OC candidates
• Study certificates for the years 4th to 10th class form where the candidates studied in case of nonsubmission of study certificates candidates will e treated as nonlocal

• RDM and HS will scrutinize all the applications submitted online and publish the provisional merit list in the
• Candidates can submit their objections to the respective RDM and HS through e-mail
• Every objection will be attended and the final merit list shall be published on the website
• A provisional selection list will be published on the website for objections
• After attending to the objections to the provisional selection list final selection list will be published
• At every stage of recruitment, SMS will be sent to candidates with recruitment information
• Counseling will be conducted for allocation of the place of postings and posting orders shall be issued to the selected MLHPs
• All the candidates who are selected and appointed as MLHPs shall report to the place of posting within one week from the date of issue of the appointment order
