Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. Bengaluru software engineering team is developing AI-driven applications, integrating LLMs and building scalable full‑stack solutions with React, APIs, and data pipelines. You’ll own initiatives from design to production and collaborate across product, engineering and GTM teams.

We value strong problem solving, ownership and clear communication, with 3–5 years of experience in Java/Kotlin/Python/Node.js and cloud platforms. Office‑based with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience building production applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, or tool calling.
• Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures, APIs, messaging, and data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.

Your Experience

Required

• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience building AI agents or agent-based workflows
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or semantic search
• Experience applying AI to marketing, sales, or GTM workflows
• Understanding of enterprise security, privacy, and data governance
• Experience improving system scalability, reliability, or developer productivity
