Job summary

Zscaler seeks an experienced AI-enabled IT leader to design and govern enterprise Google Workspace tools and Gemini integrations in a security‑first environment. You will drive rollout, governance, and adoption across Workspace apps, while building automation and secure access controls to empower global teams.

• 10+ years of experience administering and managing enterprise‑grade Google Workspace environments.
• Practical experience configuring, managing, or piloting Google Gemini for Workspace and implementing enterprise AI security and usage policies.
• Deep proficiency with Google Admin Console, Google Vault, Google Apps Script, GAM, and API integrations.
• Practical experience configuring SAML for SSO and SCIM for user lifecycle management.
• Proven track record implementing Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies and device compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and long-term strategic vision for enterprise Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Docs) and integrated generative AI capabilities (Google Gemini).
• Champion and drive the rollout, administration, governance, and organizational adoption of Google Gemini Enterprise capabilities across all Workspace applications.
• Develop automation scripts using Google Apps Script, Google Apps Manager (GAM), and APIs to optimize group management, administrative workflows, and AI-enabled automations.
• Configure SAML-based SSO and SCIM provisioning/deprovisioning for seamless, automated user lifecycle management and role-based access control.
• Implement robust security policies, compliance standards, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), AI governance frameworks, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to secure corporate data across endpoints.
• Resolve complex technical escalations, partner with Google/third-party vendors, deliver end-user training on Workspace and Gemini productivity enhancements, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve collaboration.

What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI‑driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain.
• 10+ years of experience administering and managing enterprise‑grade Google Workspace environments.
• Practical experience configuring, managing, or piloting Google Gemini for Workspace and implementing enterprise AI security and usage policies.
• Deep proficiency with Google Admin Console, Google Vault, Google Apps Script, GAM, and API integrations.
• Practical experience configuring SAML for SSO and SCIM for user lifecycle management.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Google Workspace Administrator Certification.
• Google Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer certification or specialized credentials in Google Cloud AI / Gemini.
• Demonstrated track record of leading company‑wide Gemini/AI onboarding programs, user training, and productivity initiatives.
