Job summary

Civica is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead Modern Workplace technology strategy across a global enterprise. You will shape architecture, governance, and transformation programmes within Civica's IAM and Microsoft 365 teams, driving secure, scalable solutions and technical governance.

You will mentor engineers, influence senior leaders, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale workplace technology initiatives.

Working within Civica's IAM and Microsoft 365 function, you will provide strategic and hands‑on technical leadership across Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Intune, End User Computing (EUC), Copilot, Power Platform, automation, and emerging AI‑enabled workplace technologies. You will define architectural standards, influence technology roadmaps, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to business objectives.

Operating within a matrix environment, you will lead through influence rather than hierarchy, collaborating with cross‑functional teams globally to drive outcomes, shape strategic decisions, and deliver impactful workplace technology solutions at scale.
