Job summary

PradeepIT is seeking a seasoned Hybris professional to join a globally active IT consulting team. The role emphasizes Hybris 6.x with back-office and front-end knowledge, SAP Spartacus, and experience in promotions and accelerators.

You will work on core Java, Spring and agile processes, while mentoring peers and delivering robust ecommerce solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong design-pattern knowledge, excellent communication with stakeholders, and a passion for building advanced

Qualifications

• Experience with Hybris 6.x and related modules including HYBRIS-PIM and HYBRIS-PROMOTIONS.
• Strong SAP Spartacus experience or rule engine and promotions capabilities.
• Knowledge of Hybris front-end and back-office components and ecommerce accelerator stores.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Core, Spring MVC and unit testing.
• Familiarity with design patterns and clean coding practices.
• Effective communication with users and cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with Hybris 6.x with knowledge of HYBRIS -B2B-ACCELERATOR, Hybris back-office, Hybris Frontend WCMS cockpit, product cockpit, Hybris, Hybris core, Hybris Commerce, Hybris Search, Hybris OCC, Slor Customization Experience working on core Java, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Unit testing.
• Strong experience in SAP Spartacus or Rule engine and promotions or SAP Commerce Accelerator Storefront Knowledge of one or more modules HYBRIS-PIM, HYBRIS-PROMOTIONS, HYBRIS-OMS, HYBRIS -TRAVEL-ACCELERATOR.
• Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
• Fundamental knowledge of design patterns.
• Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
• Passionate about building great solutions.
• Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery.
• Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analysing the projects requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents, design and code.
• Implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
• Writing well-designed, defect free code which scales well and follows all best practices and guidelines.
• Executing the development of software with a strong focus on the security, performance, and robustness.
• Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues.
• Following all defined software configuration management best practices.
• Reviewing code to identify issues as well as deviations from best practices.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
