Job summary

Micron Technology in Bengaluru is seeking a Staff Engineer, ASIC STA to join our memory and storage innovation teams. You will lead synthesis, STA, LEC, and IP integration efforts to deliver reliable silicon across multi-GHz designs, collaborating with global teams and cutting-edge flows.

The role requires 6+ years in electronics, strong expertise in timing models, constraints, low-power designs, and scripting with EDA tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient at Synthesis, STA, and LEC.
• Ability to understand and integrate new mixed signal complex IPs.
• Expertise in developing constraints and timing models.
• Manage synthesis to timing closure, ensuring silicon success.
• Experience with hierarchical designs involving high-frequency clocks.
• Proficient with scripting, automation, and EDA tools.
• Proficiency with AI and AI-enabled workflows.
• Solid understanding of low power builds involving multiple power domains.
• Identify and meet requirements for critical paths of multi-GHz builds.
• Collaborate effectively in multi-functional and globally dispersed teams.
