Job summary

Doist in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced engineer to contribute across the full product life cycle. You will work with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, coding in C or Golang, and engaging in CI/CD practices.

Ideal candidates possess strong Linux fundamentals, multi-threading concepts, and experience with OpenConfig NETCONF/GNMI/GRPC interfaces, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience across the full product life cycle.
• Proficiency in L2/L3 OSI protocols: LACP, LAGs, BGP, EVPN, MPLS/VPLS.
• Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Strong coding in C or Go (Golang).
• Linux OS knowledge, data structures, IPC, multi-threading.
• Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Git.
• Familiarity with OpenConfig NETCONF/GNMI/GRPC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full product life cycle from design to delivery.
• Develop and maintain microservices on Docker/Kubernetes platforms and Helm charts.
• Code in C or Go, optimize performance and debugging.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.

• Exposure to the entire Product Life Cycle .
• Proficiency in L2/L3 OSI layer Protocols - LACP ; LAGs; BGP ; BFD; EVPN; MPLS/VPLS; ARP; and L2 switching; L3 Routing.
• Micro services-based Architecture, working experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes (K8s, K3s) cluster, Helm charts
• Strong coding and debugging experience using C OR Golang
• Linux OS, Data structures, IPC mechanisms. Understanding of multi-threading/routines.
• Agile Development Model with CI/CD, Jenkins pipeline and working knowledge of Git environment.
• Working knowledge of OpenConfig NETCONF/GNMI/GRPC
• Good Written/Verbal Communication Skills
• Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent in CS/EEE/ECE with at least 8 -12 years of relevant experience
