Job summary

Saaki Argus And Averil Consulting in Hyderabad, India, seeks a SQL/SSIS developer to design, develop, and optimize SSRS reports and data warehouse solutions using SQL Server. You will create ETL packages, write T-SQL, stored procedures, and views, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.

You will also analyze performance, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and participate in QA and testing activities as part of a cross-functional data team.

Job description

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance SSRS reports using SSRS and SQL Server database objects.Develop and maintain SSIS packages for data integration and ETL processes.Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server-based Data Warehouse solutions.Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, Stored Procedures, CTEs, views, and other database objects.Analyze and improve the performance of SSRS reports and database processes.Investigate and support new technologies and initiatives to enhance existing database capabilities.Maintain programming source code using GitHub and follow version-control best practices.Utilize JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage projects, tasks, issues, and development activities.Perform unit testing and QA testing, including preparation and execution of test scripts and test cases.Troubleshoot database, ETL, reporting, and application-related issues and provide timely resolutions.Collaborate with database developers, front-end developers, QA teams, and customer support teams.Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including technical and non-technical users.Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and process documentation for future reference.Learn and implement new programming techniques and technologies as required.Provide support for critical software issues when required.
