Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced SRE/Observability Architect to lead cloud-native monitoring and AI-driven operations across Pan India. The role requires strong expertise in New Relic and multi-tool telemetry, with an emphasis on automation and proactive incident management.

You will design scalable observability solutions, implement AI-enabled alerting, and collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize reliability and performance across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• New Relic – Mandatory
• 5+ years in Observability / Monitoring
• 2+ years in AI/ML or AIOps
• Experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Datadog / BigPanda
• Cloud platforms AWS / Azure / GCP and Kubernetes / EKS

• CI/CD & DevOps automation

Responsibilities

• Design and implement observability architectures across cloud-native environments.
• Lead AI-driven operations with automation and proactive issue detection.

• Define standards for metrics, logs, traces, and distributed tracing.
• Collaborate on security, RBAC, and AI governance considerations.
