Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SRE Cloud Engineer to design, build, and operate public cloud services. You will work with AWS services and IaC/CI-CD pipelines.

Strong coding skills in Python and Bash, plus hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and automation practices are required for this role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (Glue, Athena and Redshift) services (IaaS, PaaS, and serverless technologies).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, bash).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools (Terraform, Codefresh, CodeBuild, Jenkins, Bamboo).
• Deep experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift, including troubleshooting complex Kubernetes errors.

Job description for the role SRE Cloud Engineer:

• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in a Cloud Engineer position building and operating public cloud services.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (Glue, Athena and Redshift) services (IaaS, PaaS, and serverless technologies).
