Job summary

Groww is seeking a skilled SRE/DevOps engineer in Bengaluru to ensure reliable, scalable production systems. You will design IaC with Terraform/Ansible, automate workflows, and implement HA/DR while collaborating with development teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms, plus strong scripting in Python or Go and experience with CI/CD tools. On-call rotations and incident management are part of the remit.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or system administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Good understanding of networking, load balancing, and caching.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and incident management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
